13.2 If any provision or part of a provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be contrary to law, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 

13.3 If you have a dispute with Adopt Change Limited, you agree to notify us in writing before commencing any legal action and you agree to try and resolve the dispute with us through a mediation process as a condition precedent to commencing legal action.

13.4 These Terms comprise the entire agreement between you and Adopt Change Limited.
